  Nigel has seriously changed my life. I suffered a bad ligament and tendon knee injury back in 2004 and was unable to walk for 4 months. A podiatrist prescribed orthotics which I was told had to be worn all the time. I was also told by her that I had one leg longer than the other. I struggled around for 12 years in these getting more and more bent and in pain with my back, knees and feet but was told by the podiatrist every 4 months that the orthotics were correct for me. Back in August I decided to see Nigel. He was shocked and told me I had normal flat feet, good feet and my legs were the same length but he had to operate on one of my toes to remove half a nail which was causing pain. This has now healed beautifully. After gait analysis Nigel prescribed new orthotics which have changed my whole deportment and I move and feel like I did in my youth! I am so excited as I can wear sandals, heeled shoes and slippers rather than lace up boots all the time. Most importantly I am out of all the pain I had got used to and I find that I can use my big toes when walking again! Understandably Nigel is my hero!!
